Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

What you'll do:

• Operate late-model tractors and flatbeds, completing mandated inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Secure and tarp freight using proper load-securing procedures for flatbed transport.
• Maintain accurate logs, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure on-time service.

Compensation & Benefits: Drivers earn 80% of gross with usual weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and access to a 1-year lease-to-own program.
