Production Coordinator

Job Summary: This is an individual contributor position which works under regular supervision and is responsible for placing client orders into production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule orders into production.
• Monitor program schedules.
• Assist Project Managers and Shop Supervisors with producing quality products based on customer specifications.
• Communicate with clients to complete tasks.
• Prepare all documents to place orders into production.
• Make corrections to documents based on client specifications.
• Confirm site conditions will accommodate products provided by Eye Designs.
• Handle day to day administrative tasks in the department.
• Assist Service Manager with overflow or when out of the office.
• Assist with getting prepared contracts out to clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Highs School Diploma/GED; Associates degree preferred.
• Three (3) years or more of production experience preferably in millwork, kitchen/bath for a mid to large size company.
• hree (3) or more years of AutoCAD experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software.
• General administrative skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple task with conflicting deadlines.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High level of accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and an individual contributor.
