Under the supervision of the Photo and Video Department Management Team the Photographer is responsible for the successful execution of photographing of all products off-car for Turn 5s this role you need to maximize production through product research photography and studio organization/cleanliness in our photo production area. The right candidate will be self-motivated and able to consistently complete tasks at hand. The Photographer is responsible for ensuring the proper exposure lighting combinations color balance and focus is maintained in all photos consistent with Turn5 photo standards with limited assistance or supervision.

Year 1 is going to be about:

• Shoot high volume of products following all Turn5 photo Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for palletizing product to be sent to on-car studio in PA.
• Responsible for shooting automation utilizing the software and wheel automation equipment.
• Must be able to style/prop products for off-car shoots.
• Open and re-package products efficiently.
• Utilize warehouse systems to maintain proper inventory standards.
• Collaborate with Photographers and Product Management teams during shoots as necessary.
• Maintains clean working photo sets.
• Must have excellent time management skills and be able to deliver quality photos in line with floor metrics.
• Willing to assist Photo department with additional tasks as assigned.

We cant skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a must to be successful. So we need you to have:

• Experience and understanding of CaptureOne Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Bridge.
• Experience with digital SLR cameras.
• Experience with strobe photography.
• Must have experience shooting on a camera stand tripod and hand-held.
• Excellent organization communication flexibility and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to accurately estimate project timelines and deliver high quality completed projects on time.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy fast-paced results-driven environment.
• Knowledge of cars a plus.
