Elco Child Care is now hiring an Enthusiastic Child Care Staff member for our morning programs, 6:30 am-9:30 am, Mon-Fri

- No Degree (will train)
- All employees must be able to pass PA Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting & NSOR
- Must be open to taking State Regulated Training such as Mandated Reporting, Health & Safety, Red First Aid/CPR, and twelve annual training hours.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing daily morning routines.
- Coordinate Activities.
Required experience:
- A history of Child Care experience is helpful.

The Montessori system is characterized by an emphasis on independence, freedom within limits, and respect for a child's natural psychological, physical, and social development.
