Waiter / Waitress

The Impact You'll MakeAs a Waiter/Waitress, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, guiding guests through their dining journey with warmth, professionalism, and care. Your attentiveness will turn a simple meal into a delightful experience, encouraging guests to return again and again.
What You'll Do- Greet guests promptly and warmly, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks with attention to presentation and timing.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus but not required-training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neede
