Join our team in Zelienople, PA 17701 as an Earthmoving Equipment Specialist and spend your days turning plans into reality. From first light, you’ll prep your machines, sync with the crew, and get to work moving soil, trenching, grading, and supporting construction and maintenance activities that keep projects on schedule.

A Day in the Life

You’ll start by inspecting your excavator, dozer, or backhoe, confirming safe operation and peak performance. With site plans in hand, you’ll execute the day’s work—coordinating with supervisors and teammates to hit milestones, maintaining accurate usage logs, and wrapping up with site cleanup so the next phase is ready to go.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes safely and efficiently on active jobsites.
• Complete routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top condition.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulatory standards to protect people and property.
• Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to guide earthwork and placement.
• Support site preparation activities and assist with cleanup as needed.
• Record equipment usage and maintenance activities with accuracy and detail.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience running heavy equipment in construction or industrial environments.
• Deep knowledge of jobsite safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and thrive as part of a coordinated team.
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and strength to meet the role’s demands.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
