We are looking for one individual to fill the position of Automotive Technician at Marlin’s Auto Diagnostics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an auto repair technician is good however we are also happy to train.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills or driven to learn via provided training & coaching.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service focused.
• Punctual.
• Coach able attitude.
• Self Driven.
• Eager to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
• Conduct thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections and identify potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with the service advisor and customers about their vehicles needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday with a 30 minute lunch break.

About US: Serving the community of Lebanon PA and the surrounding areas since 1995, here at Marlin's Auto Diagnostics we are a independent automotive shop with an emphasis on providing top-notch automotive services to our customers and community. We perform all types of work including diagnostics, maintenance, repairs and performance work on all vehicles including hybrids, Light Duty Diesels, EV's & fleet vehicles.
We are currently working on expanding our work to do more light duty diesel's.
