Installers
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
-Time management. -Represent the company at all times in the highest professional manner while providing the highest level of service to our customers. -Install the Gas, Wood and Pellet Stoves and Fireplace products to the highest standards -Interact with the office, homeowners, contractors and others to ensure that all requirements are being met while conducting an installation. -Be neat in appearance at all times and wear company attire at all times. -Maintain a clean, efficient service vehicle and work space at all times (company provided). -Regular maintenance on equipment and tools(company provided) -Maintain a working knowledge and review the given classes of installed products -Ability to lift 100lbs (for installers), work efficiently and work on roofs and ladders.Job Type:

Job duties include:
inspections, fireplace repairs and maintenance, working with a variety of power tools, safety equipment along ladders, documentation of jobs, communicating with clients and sales staff. etcIdeal Candidate:
- Outgoing
- Customer Service Oriented
- Able to work outside year round in temperature and weather extremes
- Ability to work individually and in a team
- Desire to learn and grow
- Ability to climb ladders with no fear of heights
- Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.
- Ability to work over-time if needed
- Ability to pass certification exam within 6 months of hire
- Valid Driver’s license with clean driving history
- Ability to pass an employment offer drug screen and background check
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Construction or Hearth Experience is a plus.
