Phoebe Ministries is hiring a AS NEEDED Bartender to join our beautiful and brand-new Chestnut Ridge at Rodale community.

Responsibilities for a Bartender with Phoebe Emmaus:

Responsible for upkeeping bar inventory. Follows set recipes and daily production worksheets. Coordinates the distribution of the prepared menu items for all special events, functions and daily for each meal at set times. Will create a weekly specialty drink menu. Assist with serving as needed. Prepare drinks for all dining venues. Perform all duties while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Consistently meets food safety regulations while handling all food and drink products and food storage.

Requirements for a Bartender with Phoebe Emmaus :

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families and co-workers.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Two years of related experience and/or training in food production and service.
4. Must be Serve-Safe certified or become Serve-Safe certified within probationary hire period
