Position Overview
Eric Rivera State Farm Agency in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Representative . This role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying insurance needs, and providing appropriate coverage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop leads and schedule client appointments
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Assist customers with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and claims support
Follow up with customers as needed
Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
Property & Casualty license
Life & Health license
Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The role involves daily interaction with customers, policyholders, and prospects.
