- Perform alignments, oil changes, brake jobs, etc. on various vehicles.
- Perform tire rotations and replacements to ensure optimal tire performance.
- Identify upselling opportunities such as air filters, wiper blades, alignments, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Previous experience as a tire, lube, or mechanical technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to use tire machines and tools effectively and safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy tires and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
