Locations: 19116 & 18966 (Philadelphia Suburbs) Prospect. Produce. Close. The Gregg Englebreth Agency is hiring a sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist to aggressively drive new business across our two Philadelphia suburban locations. This is a production-first role built for someone who thrives on outbound activity, pipeline management, and closing deals. - Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Conduct needs-based conversations and confidently present coverage solutions
- Quote and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Follow up persistently to convert opportunities into bound policies
- Track daily activity and production to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Collaborate with leadership to drive overall agency growth
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting
- If not currently licensed, PA P&C must be obtained before Day 1
- Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire
- Full licensing support and onboarding guidance provided
- Sales-driven mindset with strong closing ability
- Comfortable handling outbound prospecting and objections
- Disciplined follow-up and pipeline management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability
- Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
- Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses
- Uncapped earning potential tied directly to production
