Accounts Receivable Representative (True Bookkeeper)
We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable Representative (True Bookkeeper) to manage invoicing, collections, and accurate financial records for a fast-paced, 24/7 logistics operation. This role focuses on maintaining clean AR, improving cash flow, and supporting month-end accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time
- Manage accounts receivable, apply payments, and reconcile customer accounts
- Follow up on outstanding balances and handle collections professionally
- Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Support month-end close, reporting, and audit requests
- Coordinate with sales and operations to resolve billing discrepancies
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and bookkeeping
- Strong understanding of invoicing, payments, and AR reconciliation
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Professional communication skills for customer follow-ups
- Experience in transportation or logistics accounting preferred
