You will oversee a lounge restaurant and bar that caters to both events and walk-in dining, ensuring a premium experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the lounge restaurant and bar, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee entertainment events, including coordination with DJs and performers.
• Foster relationships with high net worth guests to provide personalized service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Lead and train front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of late-night entertainment operations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Availability to work late nights and weekends as required.
