- Troubleshoot and debug electronic assemblies and circuits, identifying and resolving issues related to wiring, components, and printed circuit boards.
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics, engineering documentation, and assembly instructions to complete builds accurately and efficiently.
- Perform electronics testing, calibration, and verification activities to support production quality and reliability requirements.
- Follow established processes and work instructions to maintain consistency and compliance in a regulated or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Work independently on a production line with minimal supervision while meeting production targets and aggressive ramp-up timelines.
- Maintain a high level of reliability, including consistent attendance, punctuality, and long-term commitment to production schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering, test, and production teams to resolve assembly issues and continuously improve build quality and throughput.
- Strong hands-on soldering experience, particularly through-hole soldering for electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards.
- J-STD soldering certification and demonstrated ability to apply soldering standards in a production environment.

- Prior manufacturing or electronic assembly experience in an industrial or production setting.
- Familiarity with mechanical aspects of assembly and integration of electronic components into larger systems.
- Experience using a range of test equipment and tools for electronics troubleshooting and verification.
