The Landscaping Crew Member is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality landscape services as part of a team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to grow their skills in the landscaping industry.
Crew Members play an important role in supporting daily job site operations and helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform landscape maintenance and enhancement tasks as assigned
- Assist with loading, unloading, and caring for tools, equipment, and materials
- Follow directions from the Crew Leader to complete daily job tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet quality and productivity standards
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Communicate any job site concerns or issues to the Crew Leader
- Opportunity to learn landscaping skills and gain hands-on experience
