Project Manager (Malvern)

We’re looking for Project Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in matrixed environments, capable of orchestrating moving parts across diverse departments while strictly adhering to KPIs and SLAs. You will not just track tasks; you will drive accountability, manage dependencies, and ensure strategic alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Stream Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent work streams, ensuring seamless integration and synchronization between teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership. You must be able to influence without direct authority and negotiate conflicting priorities.
• Performance Management (KPIs & SLAs): Define, monitor, and report on project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Proactively identify deviations from metrics and implement corrective actions immediately.
• Timeline & Risk Control: rigorous management of project schedules, critical paths, and milestones. You will be expected to foresee risks (the moving parts) before they become issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communication: Translate complex project data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Conduct regular status reviews, steering committees, and sprint retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing projects with 5+ distinct work streams.
• Deep understanding of SLA management and data-driven decision-making.
• PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
