Active Directory / Azure 365 Messaging Server Engineer (5,000+ Users)

Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Windows, Linux, and VMware ESXi environments
- Extensive experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration
- Strong expertise in VMware vSphere infrastructure management
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure administration
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs
- Strong troubleshooting and advanced problem-solving abilities across enterprise systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant systems engineering experience
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments (5,000+ users preferred)
- Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure projects and initiatives
What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain enterprise Active Directory and identity services
- Administer Microsoft 365 and messaging systems across a large user base
- Manage Windows Server environments and Group Policy configurations
- Support virtualization infrastructure using VMware vSphere / ESXi
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, cloud, and identity-related issues
- Assist in hybrid cloud operations spanning on-prem and cloud platforms
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects
- Ensure performance, availability, security, and scalability of core systems
