Temporary Payroll Services Helpline Specialist
: Overview:
We are looking for an individual with strong customer service skills to assist our payroll tax department with answering phone calls/emails during the tax season. This is a temporary position starting in December 2025 and ending in April 2024 with the potential to become a regular full-time position.
Responsibilities:- The right candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly and positively, and a lot of patience.
- All calls are being answered live; only opportunity for leaving a message is when wait time becomes too long or after 5:00pm EST.
- You do not need payroll or tax knowledge - we are willing to train you.
- Previous customer service experience required
- High School diploma or equivilant required
