Webinar Operations Associate - Remote - WFH -
As a Webinar Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality live webinars while providing exceptional customer support. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage webinar broadcasts, and ensure an excellent user experience. This role requires a blend of strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Administer and deliver high-quality webinar broadcasts to learners.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live webinars to ensure smooth viewing experiences.
Conduct pre-production tests on equipment to avoid issues during live sessions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints, providing timely solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction.
Provide support for additional customer service needs, including phone and live chat support.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Be available for evening/weekend shifts as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience:
A college degree, ideally in TV/Film/Video Production, Communications, Computer Science, Audio/Visual, or related fields.
Experience with live production environments, filming, or live streaming video.
Familiarity with remote production environments and video conferencing technologies.
Proficiency in video/audio editing using Adobe Suite is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML5 video playback and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred).
Previous experience in customer service or technical support, especially with phone or live chat support.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting hourly pay of $20 per hour.
