- Solid visual inspection skills
- Intermediate computer skills and comfort working with data
- Patience and focus for detailed, repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of electronic components
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Willingness to grow – IPC-610 certification required within 3-6 months (we’ll support you!)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- 1+ year in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with SMT lines or inspection equipment
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive pay and great benefits— including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off
- Be part of a company that’s growing, changing, and full of new opportunities
- A supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matter
- Meaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the world
