Job Title : RN Unit Supervisor

Location : Bethlehem, PA

Shift : Full-Time, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility in Bethlehem, PA. The RN Unit Supervisor will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses. Job Qualifications :

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience on a Med Surg or Rehab Long-Term Care/Subacute Rehabilitation (LTC/STR) or hospital unit.
• 3+ years of experience in a nurse supervisory role with proven leadership ability.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise the nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care by adhering to established standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Oversee medication administration and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new nursing staff.
• Handle and resolve any patient or family concerns or issues.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Additional Information :

• Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $83,000, based on years of experience.
• Sign-On Bonus: A generous sign-on bonus of $8,000 is available for the successful candidate.
