Franchise Marketing Lead

We're looking for a Franchise Marketing Lead to play a critical role in onboarding new franchisees and supporting them as they scale. This is a Fully Remote Position working in a fast-moving, high-impact role for someone who thrives on organization, marketing execution, and franchisee success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role has two core responsibilities:

1. Onboarding New Franchisees – Setting them up for success with our marketing systems and launch strategies.
2. Supporting Franchisees as They Mature – Managing media buyers and marketing strategies to ensure strong lead flow and franchisee success.

You'll be the go-to marketing expert for franchisees, guiding them through their early months, helping them maximize their marketing spend, and ensuring they have the tools to grow a thriving business under the Joshua Tree Experts brand.

Franchisee Growth & Performance Management

✅ Media Buying & Lead Flow Optimization

• Work with media buyer(s) to ensure franchisees receive quality leads at an acceptable cost
• Oversee creative development & ad campaign execution for franchisees
• Provide insights & recommendations to improve lead generation & conversion

✅ Strategic Franchisee Support

• Analyze franchisee marketing data & recommend optimizations
• Ensure consistency in branding & messaging across all franchise locations
• Serve as the primary marketing resource for franchisees as they scale

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

🦾 Marketing Execution Pro – You have experience in digital marketing, media buying, and franchisee marketing operations. Preferably, you've worked in a marketing agency and deeply understand marketing and can help our franchise partners execute the right campaign at the right time. You can stand up to franchise partner scrutiny and fight for what's best for the franchise partner and the brand.

🦾 Project Manager Mindset – You can juggle multiple onboarding processes, vendor coordination, and support requests with ease.

🦾 Clear Communicator & Relationship Builder – You'll be working closely with franchisees, vendors, and internal teams. Strong communication skills are a must. You build trust with franchise partners early and keep that trust as they mature. They know they can count on you.

🦾 Data-Driven & Results-Oriented – You know how to track lead flow, measure ROI, and make adjustments to improve performance.

🦾 Experience in Franchising (Preferred) – If you've worked in franchise marketing or multi-location marketing, that's a big plus.

We have comprehensive digital and offline marketing campaigns that have been developed and deployed for our franchise partners. We run on HubSpot and have a smart reporting process between our marketing and franchise location sales.

📍 Location Requirement: Remote, US-based.

💰 Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (based on experience) + benefits
