That’s where you come in. As Rock RMS Administrator, you’ll be the gatekeeper and guide for ABWE’s Rock platform — ensuring it’s used strategically, securely, and effectively across the organization. By helping staff and missionaries maximize Rock, you’ll directly enable ministry to expand and thrive.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t just about managing tickets — it’s about stewarding a vital system that undergirds global ministry. You will:

• Safeguard & Support: Act as the trusted gatekeeper for Rock requests, ensuring the system stays aligned with ABWE’s mission.
• Solve & Serve: Troubleshoot issues quickly and graciously, helping staff and missionaries overcome tech roadblocks.
• Improve & Innovate: Keep an eye on Rock’s features and updates, recommending enhancements that make ministry more effective.
• Guide & Document: Create clear processes, documentation, and workflows that empower users.
• Build & Configure: Use no-code/low-code tools in Rock to set up event registrations, forms, dashboards, and more.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

• Familiarity with CRM systems and database administration.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Lava scripting, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Ability to pass a background check and clearances required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior Rock RMS administration experience.
• Experience documenting workflows and providing user training.
