If your subcontractor crew has experience in commercial roofing systems and is looking for consistent project opportunities, Baker Roofing Company wants to connect.
What We’re Looking For
- Established subcontractor crews with experience in commercial roofing systems (single-ply, TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, tile, slate, shingles, etc.)
- Crews equipped with their own tools, ladders, and safety equipment
- Subcontractors should carry insurance in accordance with Baker requirements
- Ability to read plans and shop drawings
- Crews experienced working with man lifts, Skytrack, and scaffolding
- Commitment to safe work practices and OSHA standards
- Ability to submit weekly invoices for work completed the prior week

Lo que buscamos
- Cuadrillas de subcontratistas con experiencia en sistemas de techos comerciales (single-ply, TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, teja, slate, shingles, etc.)
- Cuadrillas que cuenten con sus propias herramientas, escaleras y equipo de seguridad
- Subcontratistas que tengan seguro vigente según los requisitos de Baker
- Capacidad para leer planos y dibujos de construcción
- Experiencia trabajando con man lift, Skytrack y andamios
- Compromiso con prácticas de trabajo seguras y normas de OSHA
- Capacidad para enviar facturas semanales por el trabajo realizado la semana anterior
