Operations Coordinator
Our client is a logistics company seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to support their daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things running efficiently and enjoys problem-solving.
You'll coordinate schedules, track shipments, communicate with vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple departments.Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations and workflow across teams
- Track shipments and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
- Schedule deliveries and manage logistics calendars
- Communicate with vendors and service providers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Generate operational reports and identify process improvements
- Support inventory management and supply ordering
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with logistics or supply chain is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
