Tire Retread Technician

Responsibilities
- Work in a tire retreading environment, handling various tasks related to tire manufacturing
- Lift tread materials and push truck tires on overhead rail system
- Meet production and quality goals consistently
- Adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Experience in tire-related or manufacturing roles is beneficial
- Ability to lift heavy materials and handle physical tasks
- Strong initiative and commitment to achieving production and quality goals
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Must pass a drug screening
Compensation
The starting salary for this position is $15.00 per hour , with opportunities for pay raises as you acquire new skills.
