We are a Dental Specialty Practice who utilizes the latest and greatest in technology to transform our patient’s lives.

You will be responsible for supporting the Management Team coordinate patient treatment by inherent understanding of patient treatment, efficient data collecting and entry, time management, effective communication, organization and follow through.

To qualify for consideration, candidates will possess confidence; emotional intelligence; credibility; high integrity; and excellent work ethic as well as:

• Must have experience Healthcare, at minimum 1 year preferred.
• Possess a basic understanding of insurance, a ledger and the ability to communicate balances or fees.
• Experience with scheduling appointments (Dentrix, EagleSoft or EMR a huge plus).
• Possess a great understanding of computers, Microsoft Office, Chrome and can navigate through multiple patient portals.
• Multi tasking is an absolute must. You will be responsible for answering phones at the same time as patients checking in/out and supporting the clinical team, doctors and upper management to ensure the best experience for our patients.
• Participate in marketing efforts to increase patient lead generation.
• Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• Positive outlook, have a desire to learn and a passion for what we do.

Your responsibilities for this position are:

• "Tier 2" Reception
  • Answer Phones
  • Schedule patients
  • Check patients in
  • Data collection and entry (for insurance and records)
  • Confirm appointments
  • Check out/Schedule patients for next visit
• Records and Insurance Coordination
• Generate claims
• Generate daily numbers
• "Tier 2" case management
