The press operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production press equipment to manufacture quality parts that meet specifications.

Press Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.37 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:45am to 06:00pm )

5:45am-6pm, $16.37

6pm-5:45am, $17.87

2 days on, 2 days off schedule, working every other weekend.

• Set up and operate mechanical or hydraulic presses according to work instructions
• Load raw materials and remove finished parts from press machines
• Inspect parts for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy
• Monitor machine performance and report issues to maintenance or supervision

Press Operator Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or press operation experience preferred
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or production schedules
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
