Sales & Marketing Specialist - Personal Care Homes
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to support three personal care homes in the Pittsburgh/Saxonburg area. This role focuses on generating leads, conducting tours, and converting prospective residents into move-ins. The ideal candidate is a proven closer with strong relationship-building skills and an empathetic, professional demeanor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with prospective residents and families
- Conduct tours and clearly communicate services, amenities, and care options
- Understand individual needs and recommend appropriate care solutions
- Achieve occupancy and revenue goals through strong closing ability
- Participate in community outreach, events, and networking activities
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience; senior living or healthcare industry preferred
- Strong closing skills with consistent performance history
- Empathetic, personable, and professional communication style
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads
- Comfortable with CRM systems and general office software
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
