responsibilities:
- Coordinate program deliverables and administrative efforts, ensuring alignment with project scope and quality standards.
- Manage and track on-time delivery and budget requirements for assigned programs.
- Ensure satisfactory customer performance and consistently drive customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary cross-functional liaison between internal teams, customers, and regulatory agencies.
- Serve as the main Point of Contact responsible for maintaining AS9100 certification.
