Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing candidates for Material Handler and Equipment Operator in Indiana, PA.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Operate forklifts including Clamp trucks, Cherry pickers, Hi-Los, and other equipment (Equipment Operator only)
- Perform moderate - heavy lifting and other physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and building pallets
- Utilize order picking systems to accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload shipments or storage areas, ensuring accurate inventory management and stock organization.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues (Equipment Operator only)
- Prior experience with operating heavy machinery (Equipment Operator only)
- Experience with AS400 or similar inventory management systems is a plus
- Ability to perform lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and/or in a group
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be comfortable with heights (Equipment Operator only)
