Experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson

Pacifico Ford is seeking an experienced, career-minded Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our high-volume parts department! This is a premier opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a stable, family-owned group and plenty of room for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technician Support: Accurately locate and supply parts for our shop technicians to keep service moving efficiently.
• Retail Excellence: Assist retail customers at our busy front counter, providing expert advice and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Inventory & Warranty: Manage the daily movement of warranty replacement parts to storage and assist with inventory organization.
• Department Standards: Maintain a clean, professional, and highly organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as an automotive parts counterperson is required; Ford experience is a major plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CDK and CDK Service/Smart is strongly preferred.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with both technicians and the public.
• Schedule: Full-time role; must be available for rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
• Team Spirit: A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-speed setting.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
