Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance on heavy machinery.
• Mechanical capabilities with motors, gears, bearings, etc.
• Proficiency in welding and familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshooting and repair skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems is a plus.
• Must provide own mechanic set of tools, with a preference for metric tools.
• Open to considering candidates with automotive tech and mechatronics backgrounds.
• Looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.

- 40 hours PTO prorated at time of hire - 90 days in receives additional 24 hours PTO - PTO increase after 1st and 2nd year - 7 paid holidays -optional Aflac -simple IRA -Capital Blue -Principal Medical -Long term disability - Company $150 boot reimbursement every 2 years - Company uniforms provided

This is a fully onsite position in York,PA.
