Responsibilities:Engineering Project Manager – Lead Innovation That Protects Lives
Are you ready to lead meaningful projects that make a real difference? We’re looking for a passionate and driven Engineering Project Manager to join our team and help shape the future of fire safety. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to bring innovative, life-saving products to market—products that literally protect from head to toe.
You’ll report to the Global Program Manager, Fire Service, and take ownership of new product development (NPD) projects, from concept to launch. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to see your work make a global impact, we’d love to meet you.

- Lead with purpose: Coordinate diverse project teams to deliver impactful solutions on time and within budget
- Drive innovation: Manage multiple projects - from quick-turn enhancements to large-scale platform developments
- Versatile portfolio: The products you will develop range from head to toe - literally - giving you the chance to work on a wide variety of life-saving gear
- Empower collaboration: Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment where every voice is heard
- Communicate with clarity: Present ideas and updates to internal and external stakeholders with confidence

- Clear communicator: Whether it’s a technical deep dive or a big-picture presentation, you tailor your message to your audience - bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Process-driven mindset: You’re experienced with product development, research or engineering tools, ensuring quality and efficiency from concept to launch.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Qualifications Note:
- This position is available at three different career levels based upon experience, education, etc.
- Staff III Engineering Project Specialist-3 years project management / engineering experience
- Sr. Staff Engineering Project Specialist - minimum 5 years of project management / engineering experience
- Engineering Project Manager I - minimum 7 years of project management / engineering experience
- Master's degree may be substituted for up to 2 years of relevant experience
