Automotive Training Center (ATC) is an award-winning post-secondary career school dedicated to delivering the highest quality education for students seeking to acquire the technical skills necessary to achieve their career goals.
ATC's Warminster, PA campus has immediate openings for Admissions/Sales Representatives that are ambitious, energetic, and have the desire to help others. ATC's sales professionals must be driven by their ability to motivate prospective students fulfill their passion by helping them map out a successful career path. Our Admissions/Sales Representatives explain the value of our school's programs and services and inform prospective students about career opportunities that are in-demand. They develop trusting relationships with prospective students and their families and have the ability to overcome any obstacles that may prevent them from achieving their goals. ATC's Admissions/Sales Representatives are passionate about making a change in people's lives!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a high level of productivity with the aim of supporting departmental goals.
- Contact and communicate with prospective students by making daily outbound phone calls, sending text messages and emails to schedule appointments and campus tours and servicing incoming inquiries phone calls.
- Conduct on-campus interviews, provide tours with prospective students and explain training programs and services in order to help prospective students make informed decisions.
- Recommend for enrollment qualified applicants who are likely to complete and benefit from the training provided by the school.
- Identify any potential obstacles and facilitate solutions during prospective student interviews and the enrollment process.
- Ensure that all required enrollment paperwork is properly completed during the enrollment process, and that all compliance guidelines are adhered to explicitly.
- Communicate with students throughout the enrollment and financial aid processes to ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Network with internal and external contacts to promote ATC and develop student referrals.
- Operate within the highest ethical and professional standards and demonstrate integrity when representing Automotive Training Center.
- Possess excellent customer service and professionalism to all current students, prospective students and coworkers in all departments.
- Use computers and database as instructed. Keep accurate and updated records of interactions with students and enter data and information efficiently in a timely manner.
- Work some evenings/ Saturdays to provide customer service to prospective students and their families.
