Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter - Radiology to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruitment role focused on building and managing a strong pipeline of ABR-certified radiologists across multiple subspecialties for a diverse U.S.-based client portfolio.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of U.S.-based full-cycle physician (Radiology) recruiting experience.
Demonstrated success placing ABR-certified or equivalently board-certified physicians.
Strong understanding of:
U.S. physician licensing
Credentialing processes
FCVS
IMLC
Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment reporting tools.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of RVU-based compensation models
