ProChemTech International Inc. is seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals for roles in sales within Virginia.
As an innovative water management firm, our technologies are designed to reduce water use, mitigate the formation of scale, manage health and safety concerns of biological growth, and develop environmentally friendly solutions for industrial applications. Responsibilities:
This is an independent position with minimal direct supervision: remote work is supported and encouraged. This is a sales position where the individual will identify, develop, and manage water and wastewater treatment accounts within their specific sales area. Service support will be provided by ProChemTech’s service employees, but there is potential for individuals to take on a joint role as service and sales, with all the added benefits this entails.
This includes the following tasks:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of sales prospects
- Develop relationships with prospects in order to develop sales opportunities
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Report sales activities, including customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to the Corporate Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Experience in water/waste water treatment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented personality; good at meeting deadlines and time management
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills: chemical and/or mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in MS Word Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
Income and Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with experience and will increase over time as the employee achieves their targets and meets their sales goals. Along with that, salesmen can expect a 10% uncapped commission on the profit of all sales. All sales-related job expenses are reimbursed. In addition to salary and commission, benefits include two weeks paid vacation as well as nationally recognized holidays, fully paid family medical coverage(excluding dental and eye), a matching 401 K, and a company vehicle.
