Bistro Attendant / Bartender

Description

Concord Hospitality is seeking a positive and service-oriented Restaurant Attendant / Bartender to help create memorable dining experiences. This role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently looking for a temporary bartender to begin immediately and work through May. Days are flexible with hours being 4PM - 11PM or 4PM -12AM. Bistro is open every day except Sunday, so we are looking for someone who can work three to five evenings per week with Sundays excluded.

Key Responsibilities

• Bartend

• Maintain stock and cleanliness of service stations, including silverware, linens, and condiments.

• Greet guests courteously and serve beverages, bar fare.

• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.

• Follow Marriott Bistro policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of fast-casual dining or customer service experience preferred.

• Positive, upbeat, and team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical environment.
