As Finance Manager you will be involved in the following:
- Structuring finance deals and securing approvals from lenders
- Ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Presenting finance and insurance products in an ethical, transparent way
- Training and supporting the sales team in F&I product presentation
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Prior experience as an F&I Manager or Finance Director in a dealership
- Proven success closing subprime and prime deals with a variety of lenders
- Strong understanding of compliance standards (e.g. Red Flags, OFAC)
- Great communication skills and a leadership mindset
- A desire to be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team
