Ded Regional Country Fresh, CDL A Drivers Needed
We are actively hiring CDL-A Solo Drivers to join the Country Fresh Dedicated Account based in Blandon, PA . This is a W2 position offering weekly home time , reliable freight, and consistent earnings.
This fleet runs refrigerated freight throughout the Northeast region with a typical schedule of 2–3 runs per week , averaging 7–8 stops per load . Some freight may require light unloading. Overnight driving can be part of the schedule depending on routing.
Compensation & Schedule:
Average Weekly Income: $1,416
Average Yearly Earnings: $73,632
Top Weekly Pay: $1,591
Top Annual Earnings: $82,732
Home Weekly for a 34-hour reset (reset day varies)
Mileage Pay + Stop Pay + Weekly Safety & On-Time Bonus (earn up to an additional 3%)
Equipment: Modern automatic tractors pulling 53' refrigerated trailers.
