Painter Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.10 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm )

• Prepare truck units for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality before application.
• Apply industrial coatings using gravity-fed and pressure pot spray systems, ensuring even coverage, correct thickness, and adherence to paint specifications.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and paint codes to verify layout, color matching, and job accuracy on each unit.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects such as runs, drips, or uneven coverage, and perform touch-ups or corrections to meet quality standards.
• Clean, maintain, and properly store spray equipment, air tools, and painting materials while following all safety and production procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Painter Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Experience with industrial or truck painting, including surface preparation and spray application preferred.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, work orders, and paint specifications accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to ensure high-quality finishes and color matching.
• Ability to safely operate spray equipment, air tools, and follow all safety and production procedures

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
