Job Summary

W e are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Field Specialist to deliver high-quality, efficient, and reliable field services to our customers in the oil and gas industry. This role is responsible for executing well intervention operations in compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards while continually seeking opportunities to improve service quality and operational performance.

Job Description

• Execute wellsite operations and ensure all job deliverables are completed accurately and delivered on time.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and safety throughout all field activities.
  
• Participate in Job Risk Analysis (JRA) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote products and services.
  
• Ensure compliance with all company, client, and regulatory safety and operational standards.
  
• Conduct and participate in self-assessments, CAT audits, and wellsite inspections.
  
• Attend and contribute to Service Quality Meetings with customers to review performance and develop action plans for improvement.
  
• Actively participate in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality programs.
  
• Maintain required safety training and certifications.
  
• Consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.

S kills Required

• Prior experience in well intervention, field service, or related oilfield operations strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to execute service delivery in high-pressure environments.
  
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills.
  
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  
• Proficiency in standard operational documentation and reporting.

Education

• High school diploma or GED;

Pay Rate

• $18 per hour and higher depending on experience and qualifications
