At Thrive Fit Co. , our mission is simple:
Help people build strength, move well, and enjoy life.

And we’re looking for someone who’s ready to bring energy, intention, and leadership to every class they coach.

What This Role Looks Like:

• 35 coaching hours per week (Reformer)
• 5 hours dedicated to planning, programming, and team development
• Consistent schedule
• Opportunity to take ownership of your classes and grow a following

Compensation + Perks:

• Base salary: $52,000–$56,000
• Monthly bonus opportunities based on class fill, retention & growth
• (Typically $500–$1,200/month)
• Continuing education support (we invest in YOU)
• Full access to all Thrive Fit Co. services + classes

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Loves coaching and connecting with people
• Brings great energy to every room they walk into
• Wants to grow (personally + professionally)
• Is reliable, team-first, and takes pride in their work
• Is certified (or working toward certification) in Pilates
