Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Representative to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Warrington, Pennsylvania and will float to Abington, Pennsylvania as needed.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM Eastern Time

This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

In this role, the Patient Services Representative will:

  • Welcome patients and visitors to the office
  • Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls
  • Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conducting follow-up calls when necessary
  • Provide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to incoming patient inquiries
  • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information

Qualifications and Skills Include:

  • High school diploma; Associates degree or Business School diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position
  • Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)
  • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment
