Purchasing Administrator Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $25.00 /hour
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Create, process, and track purchase orders for materials, tools, and shop supplies.
• Maintain organized purchasing records, both digital and paper.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, deliveries, and resolve issues.
• Print, file, and distribute purchasing documents as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the purchasing team and shop management.

Purchasing Administrator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous administrative or purchasing support experience preferred (manufacturing environment a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
