Customer Service Representative
Location: Allentown, PA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30‑minute lunch)
Work Environment: Call Center
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven and customer‑focused Customer Care Representative to join our onsite team in Allentown, PA. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in resolving issues, de‑escalating concerns, and ensuring every customer interaction ends on a positive note.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role, managing a broad range of customer interactions, including escalated situations
- 1+ year of high‑volume call center experience (60+ calls per day)
- Proven ability to de‑escalate challenging situations and drive positive resolutions
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment assessment
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you will:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls (with occasional outbound calls) to address customer questions, concerns, and service needs
- Deliver accurate, efficient, and friendly support while maintaining a customer‑first mindset
- Actively listen to customers to understand issues, clarify details, and resolve concerns effectively
- De‑escalate complex or sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Build rapport with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Navigate multiple systems, scripts, databases, and tools to support a wide range of inquiries
- Consistently meet or exceed call center performance metrics while maintaining high service quality
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services when applicable
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, services, and company policies
- Support internal operations, including assisting with training, billing inquiries, escalations, and special projects as needed
- Review daily work order reports and provide team support or supervision when requested
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and full compliance with company policies and privacy regulations

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northampton, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
