Preventative Maintenance Technician Weekends

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Preventative Maintenance Technician on weekends at our facility in Leesport, PA! We are looking for a skilled technician who is passionate about maintaining and improving our heavy equipment systems. If you have a knack for mechanical troubleshooting and a solid understanding of electrical systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Work with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Execute electrical troubleshooting and repair tasks to maintain system integrity.
• Conduct relay testing and machine safety inspections to uphold safety protocols.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of conveyor systems and servo motors.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy equipment repair and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with relay testing and machine safety inspections.
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Knowledge of conveyor systems and servo motors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
