Leadership opportunity available for one Night-Shift Paramedic to promote to Captain.

First Aid and Safety Patrol (FASP) is seeking two motivated, clinically strong Paramedics to join our night-shift platoons. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic system and for the right candidate, to advance into a Night-Shift Captain position.

This is where routine EMS ends and professional growth begins.

The Role

As a Night-Shift Paramedic, you will deliver high-quality ALS care in a busy and diverse response system. You will work as part of a highly collaborative team focused on patient care, accountability, and operational excellence.

Promotion Opportunity – Paramedic Captain (Night Shift)

One provider will be eligible to advance into a Captain role, serving as the field leader for a night-shift platoon. The Captain supports crews, manages shift operations, and partners closely with the Battalion Chief to ensure clinical excellence, operational readiness, and professional standards.

You Bring

• Current Pennsylvania Paramedic certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paramedic (preferred)
• ACLS, PALS, and CPR certifications
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and EVOC/EMSVO
• Hazmat Awareness Level
• NIMS 100, 200, 700, and 800
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
• Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the organization
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination (valid exemptions honored)
