Bartender
Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, Borromini embodies the essence of authentic Italian cuisine, rooted in tradition yet innovatively reimagined. Nestled in Rittenhouse Square, the restaurant offers a sophisticated dining experience, where every dish tells a story.
The team is in search of Bartenders with strong wine knowledge and experience in making classic and craft cocktails with care, consistency, and pride.This position offers a comprehensive package including:

Desired candidates will have:
- 2+ years of experience as bartender or mixologist in an upscale high-volume restaurant
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player personality
- A strong understanding of wine varietals and craft and classic cocktails
- A genuine eagerness to provide exceptional hospitality to all guests
- Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Professional, polished, and personable demean or
- Responsibly serving alcohol and accurate cash handling are a must
- A strong desire to be a part of a dynamic team.
- Previous experience with Italian cuisine and wine is a plus!
